Our Leadership Team

Frank Parisi

Managing Director

Frank established Parisi Industrial Company (HK) Ltd. in early 2019 to provide plastic injection molding services to customers in the United States, Hong Kong and around the world. Working in partnership with GoodMark, one of China’s largest injection molding companies, the organization is on track to become a world leader in the plastic injection molding industry.

Frank’s career in plastics has spanned a lifetime. He was born into a plastic toy manufacturing family that produced vending charms in the United States and China. As a young man, he learned all aspects of the business, from working in the injection molding tool room and running the machinery to designing and creating the toys. In 1994 he founded his own company, Parisi Vending Co., a bulk gum, candy and toy route operations business.

Today, Parisi Industrial Company (HK) Ltd. and its customers benefit from Frank’s extensive knowledge of all aspects of the injection molding industry as well as from his vision and entrepreneurial acumen.

Griff Noon

Sales Director

Griff offers Parisi customers more than 35 years of experience in injection molding, mold design and mold fabrication, and he has been involved with Parisi for more than 20 years. He has worked with some of the largest companies in the aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical and packaging industries.

Griff offers product development support with a primary focus on feasibility, performance and cost improvement. He uses resources within the Parisi network to evaluate all opportunities for global placement, family mold conversion options, specific corporate branding, and blanket or contract order structuring. Through Parisi, he has focused on price protection contracts and just-in-time delivery, further reducing risks created by production stream interruptions and market volatility.

He is based on the US East Coast and experienced in international partnerships. All project opportunities receive domestic, import and hybrid development options.
